Seriously, I wasn't insanely hyped for this game in the first place, and the news of the dropped party chat and the over-blown story isn't doing much to get me more excited.

3, i never really saw the fun in the first, so i wasn't really anticipating this one.

The PC thing kind of a damper, but I'm playing it on a console. The thing that has me totally pissed off and almost not wanting to even buy the game is the homophobic slur that I will not repeat video, that was not even fucking funny. Also, no party chat, really?  I'm sitting a 3/10, and I've played all the Infinity Ward Call of Duties since the first on the PC. "

Using the IGN scale (whole numbers only, though)... 7/10 "Good."
 
I want to experience the single player, but most of my excitement comes from having a sizable group of friends that all want to play the same game.  The last game that had that happen was Left 4 Dead.

Because it's derogatory term against gay people and the fact that Infinity Ward thought this video was somehow at all okay is fucking ridiculous. That being said, as completely preposterous as that video was, I'm still very, very excited. "

Probably about 3/10, I never really got on board with the whole Call of Duty franchise.

Funny how a word can get so many people down. Weren't you taught "sticks and stones" as kids? It's just a word and the more you take offence to it the more bullies will use it against you. You stop taking offence and they won't get any pleasure out of it, hence it will stop.
