This is retarded. This is what they did for the game "The Witcher" on PC too, even the newer Enhanced edition, the only full uneditted version(even though its rated M mind you) is a European version. This honestly pisses me off...it was the only cool fatality I saw in the entire game, and it got reduced to shit, for us anyway I guess.
for once the Europeans are not the ones getting screwed. i find it so funny and annoying when i read something like this and then see something like "No More Heroes" get censored to shit in Europe
Why all this hate on Europe? It's not our fault that the game is rated T in the US, we have absolutely nothing to do with the American rating system. The PEGI ratings are different, 3+ is the lowest, followed by 7+, 12+, 16+ and 18+. MK vs. DCU is rated 16+, which would be reasonably more violent that the American T rating, which is 13+.
Besides, the fatality is still there, it just doesn't show the headshot.
It makes sense that it had to edited because of it's T for Teen rating, which is different from Europe's rating board. We have no middle ground in America for games. It's either T for Teens, which is for 13 years olds and up and M for Mature for 17 years olds and up. There's no 15 or 16+ like Europe has. I honestly think an Older Teen rating could be implemented into the ESRB which would allow for something like this.
It doesnt matter, the Joker looks retarded in this game. Too much gay jumping and flapping for me. Not saying he has to be like the new one in the movie but something like the comics or the animated series (the good one). In this game it looks like he had too much of his own Joker Venom.
