    Mumbo Tokens are exchanged in Banjo-Kazooie for Mumbo Jumbo's transformation service

    Banjo-Kazooie

    In order for Mumbo to transform Banjo and Kazooie into different creatures he needs magic skulls called Mumbo Tokens, with the correct amount of these Mumbo Tokens Mumbo can use the magic stored in the skulls to use his Mumbo Magic. There are 115 located in the game, not all of them are needed to transform into all of his creatures.

     

    Banjo-Kazooie: Gruntys Revenge

    It is simmilar in Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, in order for Mumbo to transform you, you need to give him Mumbo Tokens. You will find them after you defeat mini boss's, Klungo and Mecha-Grunty. Although in Gruntys Revenge you only need one Mumbo Token to transform, which is odd cause the game takes place before Banjo-Kazooie.
