    Overview

    N1RV Ann-A takes place in the same universe as that of Sukeban's previous title, VA-11 Hall-A. Waifus, booze simulation mechanics and grizzly stories of dystopian society is still at the center of the sequel's narrative. The spotlight is now set on the bartender Sam, and her gangster husband Leon, who runs a bar called Nirvana in the city of Saint Alicia, Panama off the cost of the Carribean. Alicia is described as a mega city of booming economic growth, and the bar Nirvana doesn't deal in synthetic alcohol but the classic genuine articles like whiskey, rum or vodka.

    Much like in the previous game, Sam's job is to serve the customer's needs through the drinks she's serving them. But because the alcohol is the real deal, she has free reign to mix whatever she thinks best.

    VA-11 Hall-A was noted for its artstyle having taken inspiration from old 90s PC games, with N1RV Ann-A the developers have opted for a new aesthetic that seems to draw parallels to that of old 90s and late 80s anime.
