    I have all of the characters But I have not yet gotten Gotten the achievment Which is Assume you play as the fourth hokage and do a star battle and I Would like to know where to find it, Thanks

    The fourth hokage? 
     
    I think he is a bonus character for the Collector's Edition.

    Not True As their is an Achievement for Having all of the characters in the Game including the 4th Hokage Which I Have gotten, You need over 600,000 Storm Points to Unlock him.

    Mmm, no.  I'm pretty sure its the fight against Kakuzo in the main story line.  I'll check for sure when I get home.

    Ah, although with the Collector's edition you receive a code to unlock him from the start.
