I'm quite interested. They're doing some cool things with the driver-view and despite the fact that I generally suck at them, I'm all for simulation diving games. However, the Need For Speed name does nothing for me and I'd just assume buy SHIFT.

I'm looking forward to it, but September is certainly a long way away. Plus, as mentioned above, the NFS franchise hasn't really delivered high quality games in the recent past, so I'll definitely be waiting for reviews before thinking about buying.

It's a Need For Speed game, expect the same shittyness that the "fans" of the "series" enjoys bathing in.

I haven't played a Need for Speed game since Underground 2 but that was a fantastic game!

Although yes "Shift" is going for realism rather than arcade gameplay, it's still under the NFS franchise. Which means I can still compare it!
