Chelsea is a CAST that handles reception and accounting duties at Little Wing in Phantasy Star Portable 2. Her appearance and speech mannerisms are unique for a CAST.
Dohgi Mikuna is one of the four leaders within the Communion of Gurhal and is also Mirei Mikuna's father. Upon first impressions he appears to be honorable and trustworthy, but eventually his own private agenda is revealed.
Emilia is the protagonist of Phantasy Star Portable 2's story. She works for the Little Wing security firm and lives on the Clad 6 resort colony.
Ethan is a young 17 year old living aboard the Guardian's Colony within Gurhal when the SEED attacks. He joins the Guardian's as a Hunter and helps to defend the three planets from the SEED. Later on, he is involved within an assassination attempt against the Guardian president and becomes a fugitive.
Izuma Rutsu is the leader of the Communion of Gurhal and is a Photon Master. His cool demeanor and ability to stay calm during a crisis has a calming effect to his followers and he's a close personal friend to Mirei Mikuna.
A Newman girl who was responsible for training Ethan Waber and Hyuga Ryght. Her origins are a mystery because she has no memory of her early childhood.
Kraz runs Little Wing, a private security firm. He is also Emilia Percival's legal guardian in Phantasy Star Portable 2.
Lumia Waber is Ethan Waber's younger sister. She first appeared in Phantasy Star Universe's story mode and has a recurring role in the series.
Maya Shidow is a member of the GUARDIANS and works in their R&D department in Phantasy Star. She is best friends with Karen Erra, shared a past relationship with Kou Taragi, and is known for her brains and her ability to cast powerful heals.
Mika is an Ancient that dwells within protagonist Emilia in Phantasy Star Portable 2. She is a spiritual entity that can be seen by few.
Mirei Mikuna is the Divine Maiden, a spiritual leader of the Communion of Gurhal. She is known for he kindness and warmth, and she shares a surprise connection to Ethan Waber and Karen Erra.
The Vol Brothers are a family/gang and the crew of the space ship 'Landeel'. They appear in the game Phantasy Star Universe several times in the form of allies and as enemy boss fights. They always stick together and attack as a unit.
