So it's been known for awhile that the cover of NHL 16 this year is Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews...but Patrick Kane has been in the news the past few days for possible rape allegations.

Nothing is known yet, but do you thing EA will take him off the cover? Even if he ends up being innocent they may want to skirt around controversy.

My guess is the cover will quickly change to Toews going solo. A cover decision probably has to be made before we find out if the allegations have truth to them or not, so they will likely play it safe.

Yep, he's pulled from retail cover, but on the digital download, he's still on the cover art.
