I told myself I wouldn't get a New 3DS unless they brought out the non-XL version to the States, and Nintendo went ahead and did it right after I dropped a lot of money on a new car. Oh well.
Unfortunately, it only comes in a Happy Home Designer bundle for now; fortunately, I really like Animal Crossing.
It comes with two cover plates, but I hope Nintendo releases other cover plates here so I don't have to pay extra to import them from Japan. While I do like the Animal Crossing themed plates, it wouldn't have been my first choice of AC plates from this list. I also like the Smash Brothers, Kirby, and Fire Emblem plates.
And judging by Nintendo's own advertisement, it will retain the colored buttons. Yay!
Anyone else picking this up or waiting for a non-bundle version?
