I just got done with repairing my DS Phat. I lent it to my GF since I have two along with some games and what not... and well it pretty much broke. The hing of the DS just cracked and fell off so the DS was wobbly. I just bought a black shell on ebay and changed it with a guide online that was about dismantling the DS. Low behold everything went off without a hitch. My biggest question tough is how the heck to they assemble these things in the first place.... I want to know what machine has such precision as to do all those complex movements so quickly! Especially putting the ribbons where they belong and closing them up. It took me about 2 hours while I was documenting everything and then took a shower and a short break once I disassmbled the entire DS.... anyone ever done anything like this? Did you run into any problems?

    Um...sex?  That's definitely a greater feeling.

Drunkenness in the woods is a better feeling too.

Mixing the two is goddamn ultimate.

Regardless, my brother fixed a RRoD on a 360, and that seemed pretty satisfying to him.  I guess there's a sense of awesomeness that comes with it.

Shit happens, thats out of your control. I bet that you've had at least something break on you and you took very good care of it. I've learned that the worse you treat something the longer it last.

I've read a lot of really excellent poetry. So I doubt that.

I fixed my ps2 twice and it felt great, but I wouldn't dare try fixing either of my consoles now because I know I'll break it.

Fiddling around with electronics is way beyond my skill levels.  I am still trying to get my "artist" daughter to use our 2 old DS Phats as an art project and decorate them in some cool anime stuff.

Is that some cool new teaching method.  I wish I was a psychic and went to Psychic School.   :-)

That was a joke, I am not being a grammar nazi, but that looked funny when I read that.

That is when I love the English language even more.  The wrong word can make the funniest sentences.  It still makes me chuckle.
