I think the list of games with non-five achievements is pretty much complete. At least English complete. Or to be more accurate, games listed in the database over on TrueAchievemnts. There were a good number of games we hadn't caught before. Now if only developers would stop making more (or message me when they did). I found a good number in Windows Phone 7 games. Maybe MS put it in cert for them.

I think G.R.A.W. fucked my score up and it is still off. It also has some ridiculous achievements.

There are a good number of games with all sorts of combinations being easily achievable. Especially since many of them do an early-late pairing, it's not hard to find some other game that gives what you need early.
