    Nunchaku are typically two wooden or metal batons attached end-to-end with a rope or chain. The weapon may be used as a flail, striking the opponent by swinging the batons, or it may be used to disarm an opponent or make garrote attacks.
     
    While the nunchuck has Chinese origins, most know them as a Japanese weapon which supposedly was crafted from a farming tool. 
     
     
    Probably the most famous person to wield a pair of nunchaku is Bruce Lee, a weapon he has used from time to time.
