    The latest expansion in the Painkiller franchise sees the return of Daniel Garner (from the original game) and Belial (from Overdose). It's being developed by Eggtooth, a Polish team that made third-party mods for previous games in the series.

    Redemption uses an updated version of the original Painkiller engine (developed by People Can Fly) and features six new levels with "over 6000 enemies". Players can play as either Daniel Garner or Belial. It was due for release on Feb. 14, 2011 for PC through various digital distribution platforms including Steam, but it was delayed until February 25th. The launch price was $4.99.
