I would like to watch the 404ing it, a bunch of Dads, & video sausage videos but I Can't find were to watch them. Any help is much appreciated.

@ravingham91: http://www.twitch.tv/event/pax is where you can find the schedule for all live streams of PAX East. If it's not on the stream schedule, it sadly isn't being streamed live from PAX.

Don't panic though: the Dadscast is being archived on Tested and there is some indication that the Video Sausage panel has been recorded.

Damn, now that I know that I can just ask if I could record a panel for people, I'm definitely going to ask around next year. Not just the Video Sausage stuff: the Harmonix guys said they had some fans ask to record their panel and they also shot a backstage mini doc thing. Kinda like Behind the Mat but with less trampolines.

edit: I think that Alex guy ended up using Gamespot/Giant Bomb's equipment, but the Harmonix volunteers brought their own equipment.
