Anyone own one of the new AMD FX bulldozer CPUs yet?

I didn't see a thread about this yet, and after leaked perofrmance test and a lot of people suggesting its a complete flop, I was curious to know if anyone here has had any ACTUAL gaming experience with this CPU yet? with games like BF3 and supreme commander, which will actually use ALL 8 cores, i was wondering if its still actually worth getting, or just sticking with intel, even though the prices aren't too bad with the FX series, even though newegg doesn't have the 8150s yet.

there is a thread about it, most people feel it's a bust for AMD.  2500k is still a lot better value for a gaming PC for the price/performance ratio even though it's a 4 core.

I made the thread about it earlier. Pretty much to sum it up: 2500k>Bulldozer. It was a flop and AMD majorly fucked itself. GGNORE.

@AhmadMetallic: No, just a comedic effect. In all seriousness, I wouldn't buy or support such a crappy job.

I was really looking for more of a User experience reply not a post about an offical benchmark or review, i was more after actual gamers who "owned" one for a more comparrison, reason i wanted this is because i think in an actual gaming experience, the difference your going to see is so negletable, your going to see maybe 3-5 FPS difference compared with the sandy bridge, and a bulldozer chip, as i dont own one, and dont always trust the many reviews out there, i was looking for someone on here to maybe perhaps post some of their OWN benchmarks of some games rather then a link to some other site as i haven't found anyone whos actually got one yet and they are just bitching and complaining about how terrible it is without actually testing it for themselfs or just going by the reviews out there like a grain of salt.

No, but why bother when you can get something alot better for the same price?

I could see the use for something like an audio workstation - VSTs like EWQL's Hollywood Strings are specifically designed to take advantage of ridiculously powerful computers.

But for a strictly gaming PC? No way bro, don't even think about it.
