Hi there,

I'm having some issues getting linux mint installed and I'm wondering if anyone can help!

I used Universal USB installer to put mint on a usb drive and changed the BIOS priority, but on startup it still boots to Windows.

Anybody know what could be happening?

When you boot up, your computer will flash something like "Press F12 to choose boot device." or something similar. Do that at that point in time and you will be able to boot from your USB stick.

There was no boot prompt, but eventually I figured out that the two separate usb drives I tried this on were busted in some way. The third one worked!

Thanks for the help!
