Question. Sorry if it's a n00b question, but I am,indeed, a n00b. Ha. So, I basically am upgrading/building a new comp. However, I want to save money anywhere possible. So, I got an ssd and new hard drive less than a year ago. The installed OS on the ssd will work without issues, correct? Despite new mobo, cpu, etc? Yeah, sounds like a dumb question even as I type this out, but I'm just curious. Thanks.

You should format the SSD and reinstall Windows.

If its an oem license of windows then it will cause issues with a new mobo (wont verify), i hear you can call microsoft but im not sure if thats true. If its another os or a non oem your all good, but its best to reinstall for possible driver conflicts.
