Ugh, P4G needs to hurry up and come out. Not sure I'll use the skin though, but the fact that they say it leaves no sticky residue is reassuring.

Just wanted to chime in that Siliconera is reporting that the preorder bonus is only for Gamestop, EB Games Canada, and Amazon preorders - people who got the $10 discount on Newegg might want to consider changing if they really want the skin.

I ended up pre-ordering it. I bet it'll look fine on the white Vita, and even if it doesn't, I was absolutely going to buy this game anyway.

I was sold on the digital version until this. Just put my order in on Amazon.

I like it, it's not so much "in your face" as other skins tend to be.

The only bonus they could give me to actually give a shit about preordering is Rise.

Ghostlight published P3P in Europe. But neither they, nor Zen/ PQube/ Rising Star (those other publishers/distributors of JP games in Europe) have chimed in about even the possibility of it coming to Europe. And for a huge text based adventure like this, you can bet it'll take years in localization hell if were to be released here. I'd say importing it is a pretty safe bet, as it's not region locked according to the majority of retailers.

Yeah, Ghostlight may be sniffing around though. They've released less profitable games than this. Zen and PQube tend to just do fighters though and following how they've handled (or haven't) Arena so far I'm glad of that fact. Believe it or not, Square-Enix published P4 in Europe (they're on the box at least), but I don't see them doing the same with this.

The European releases don't add European languages though (not that I need them) so they don't even need to change anything but yes, it will still take a while. Took Ghostlight a year to release P3P. I was lucky in that I was only just into the series around that time and only followed the release a little bit before it came out.

I put down $5 at Gamestop today, and they didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about.

Heads-up to others like me who pre-ordered from Newegg, they updated it to include the skin.

i still hope to see a collectors edition for this, but i guess this isn't too bad so far. only problem is that the screen protector i have already covers the entire from so i don't know if i'd every use it. regardless i had already preordered when it was around $35 on Amazon so i'll get it anyways.

Atlus has the right idea. Make the Vita a literal dedicated Persona 4-playing machine.

This may be the first time I buy a game without owning or any plans of owning the requisite console in the near future.

Agree. In fact, they are the main reason to buy portable titles now with SMT4 and Devil Summoner: Soul Hacker for 3DS and SMT on iPhone and Vita.

Don't count on being able to sell it for much at all. Video game CEs will rarely get you a significant amount of profit these days.
