I have to say the ones with props dropping down always had more impact on me as a commitment to the bit. So it would be between Haru and Morgana. Which is hard, but I would go with Haru simply because putting down a table to have tea/coffee before the enemies die in the background is... fantastic, haha.

Makoto earns honorable mentions due to her cut in expression which makes her look like a villain because it's so intense, haha.

They're all pretty good, but the juxtaposition with Haru's takes it to another level.

I love when MC adjusts his gloves and gives the camera the crazy eyes. Makes him look unhinged.

Morgana's was the first All-Out I got and it synced right up with "You'll never see it coming~" and I was blown away.

Makoto's is a close second. She's so hardcore when she fights that it's hard to not love it.

Really wish Futaba got one if she did her Position Hack to initiate the All-Out. Just going on her personality and Stats portrait I figure it would've been great. Persona has got to start letting Navigator's fight.

Akechi was so great while you had him. His ridiculous dancing was great. Morgana in the chair with a cigar is a close second for me though.

Makoto and Protagonist have the best for me. I love how MC is just LOVING IT.

I might be alone on this but I think makotos is hot garbage. Its thematically fine but the actual portrait of makato looks terrible, mainly the head.

Goro Akechis just makes me smile widely every time.

it's not the pose itself I love about Yusuke, it's the slither he does with his body leading up to it. like sheesh, boy

If I had to rank I'd go Haru > Akechi > Ann > Joker > Makoto > Morgana > Yusuke > Ryuji but Ryuji's is like an 8/10 and the rest are above that.

Given the context of his role in the story, Akechi has the best one.

I have to go with Morgana. Him having a cigar really drives home the fact that he thinks of himself as the Hannibal of the original Phantom Thieves. He clearly loves it when a plan comes together.
