Finally found his panel from GDC 09. It might have been out for a while now but I did not find it when GDC was going on and I havent been looking since then.
Its probably some of the most interesting 40 minutes you´ll hear this year. He talks alot about managing a company and allowing creativity from every staff member that they follow up with experiment groups. The speech gives alot of insight into Lionhead Studios and why they make some of the best games around.
Peter is such a great public speaker. It really baffles me every time I see him. The way he manages to keep every sentence interesting while also being completely self distanced is nothing short of admirable.
