Phantom of the Kill (abbreviated as PotK) is a role playing strategy mobile game by Fuji&Gumi Games for both iOS and Android operating systems. The game has both a Japanese and Global release. However, the Global release was shut down on June 30, 2018.
Gameplay
Similar to the acclaimed Fire Emblem series, Phantom of the Kill follows a grid-based movement mechanic. The player moves their characters (called units) across a map divided into square tiles. Units are differentiated through their stats, unit types, and weapon types.
Axe users are strong against Lance users; Lance users have an advantage against Sword users; Sword users have and edge against axe users. Archers can attack from a distance ~ across a tile or more and to diagonally adjaent units but can't attack any units horizontally or vertically adjacent to them. Gun users can both attack at a distance and at close range but each attack costs a fraction of the hp of the unit.
