    Born on January 24, 1967, in Los Angeles, California, Phil LaMarr is an actor and a comedian best known for his video game voice-overs and his role of Marvin in Pulp Fiction.  In video games, he has lent his voice to popular titles such as the Metal Gear Solid series , the Jak & Daxter series, Mercenaries, and many others.
