    Phineas T. Ratchet is the main antagonist of the 2005 animated film Robots as well as it's video game.

    Phineas T. Ratchet took over Bigweld Industries and discontinued the process of making spare parts. He instead showcased devices known as Upgrades as well as a slogan. He and his mother made an idea to sweep up any robot that is rusty and kill them for scrap.

    Ratchet made the slogan because he is prejudiced towards robots with tons of rust. It serves as a deep contrast to Bigweld's slogan which is known as "You can shine no matter what you're made of", which bothered Ratchet.
