    Overview

    Picross S4 is a puzzle game developed and digitally published by Jupiter for the Nintendo Switch on April 23, 2020.

    The fourth mainline entry in the Picross S series (and the sequel to Picross S3), Picross S4 features a new set of 300 standard nonogram puzzles (for Picross and Mega Picross modes), 5 multi-part "Clip Picross" puzzles, and 30 Color Picross puzzles. In addition, this entry introduces "Extra" puzzles, consisting of 2 difficult 30x30 puzzles and 3 more-difficult 40x30 puzzles (the latter of which are only playable if players have save data in the first three Picross S entries, one for each puzzle).

    It is also the first in the series to have a free game demo (with a limited amount of puzzles playable).
