Lakitu has appeared in a variety of Mario games; from Super Mario Bros on the NES right up to Mario Kart 7. He is responsible for dropping Spinies onto the levels below, holding up signs and his very own start signal from all nine Mario Kart games.
Protagonist of the Leisure Suit Larry games, originally created by Al Lowe for Sierra On-Line. He's constantly in search for some good loving but usually, thanks to his "charm" and "wit" fails miserably at it. Uncle of Larry Lovage.

Meat Boy is the main playable character in Super Meat Boy. He is a boy with no skin who pursues Dr. Fetus in hopes of rescuing his girlfriend, Bandage Girl.
Melanie is a member of the Super T.I.M.E. Force who uses a shotgun to dispatch foes.

Mouser is one of Warts generals in Super Mario Bros. 2. His strategy is to stand back and throw bombs.
Ms. Pac-Man is the female accomplice to Pac-Man. Ms. Pac-Man has a bow in her hair where Pac-Man does not.

Pinky is a pink ghost that appears in the Pac-Man series of games. She is more likely to ambush the player than the other ghosts.
Princess Peach Toadstool is usually the damsel in distress from the Mario franchise. She gets kidnapped frequently by Bowser, though she's not averse to being captured by various other villains from time to time.
