The genetic dynamo that allows people to totally recreate themselves, ADAM is at the centre of more or less everything that goes on during the original two BioShock games.
Big Daddies are the lumbering genetically modified behemoths in the underwater city of Rapture. Clad in garish diving suits, these monstrosities were created to protect Rapture's population of walking ADAM factories, the Little Sisters.
These grown-up Little Sisters appear in BioShock 2.

Some substance, organic or other wise that alters perfectly normal creatures into something else. Often times the agent in question is some form of virus or parasite.
A circumstance in video games where the player will defeat large numbers of enemies without any assistance from AI or other players. This may occur for part of a game or the entirety of it.
Some weapons players use in video games are organic, or even living. The ammunition for these weapons is often organic as well, making them unique.
Power Ups can be used to give the controlling character, or any other character, temporary or permanent upgrades.
Psychic abilities are featured in many different video games and in many forms, from the PSI powers of Ness from Earthbound to the mind-reading abilities of Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid.
Psychopaths are noted for generally lacking a conscience, getting enjoyment from various forms of destruction, and an inability to learn from their mistakes.

The ability to manipulate objects with one's mind. Telekinesis is often displayed as an incredibly powerful ability.
