Not all of them. From what I've understood, it was mostly just Clover's higher-ups who moved to Platinum.
Anyway, I assume the countdown is for an announcement of Shinji Mikami's project. I know it's going to be awesome regardless of what kind of game it is, but I'm hoping for survival horror. The genre needs him.
