Or is it just America getting restored today?

I managed to download the update late last night, but the UK PSN is still awol.

Mmmm seems all their focus is on America atm. Who cares about that place !? ;)

They have to give PSN back to the hackers first duh

They'll post on their Twitter as the EU regions start coming back.

If you check the map Sony made you can clearly see that the UK is still down. 

It was rather odd of them to post the ETA in GMT, which was 12 hours ago, when it was only the US PSN they brought online by that time.
Also, they keep saying that it's a good time to update the firmware AND change the password before they put PSN back online, but I can't find any way to change the password without logging on first, and being able to change the password while offline doesn't make sense anyway, the hash on their servers has to be updated at the same time?

Edit: PSN EU just clarified that:
 Clarification: you can download system software 3.61 now and you will be able to change your password when PSN is restored in your country.

I just want the PSN store to come back up so I can get my free games :)

So they say this evening...

It was online, got my Portal 2 account hooked up on my steam account, then when I want to play Mortal Kombat online, its offline again.... O_o
