Of course not lol, people are getting mixed up with all this shit. What that guy was shown, was a game we won't even see footage of until 09, or really late this year.

Its a concept name. But yes that was announced. With  some big description of what the game is like on  playstationlifestyle. Still no other info had been given other than that,or gameplay or in game screenshots. No reason to think its something dumb,or anything special yet  i'd say.

This will just pass until non existence for now I would guess. Everyone is interested in plenty of other great titles,rather than a new exclusive with only a text explanation and conceptual name. If they actually show any screenshots or gameplay any time soon,then we'll see if its something terrible or good.

Well it's by incognito so it could never be terrible. We just don't know if it will be phenomenal.
