According to this website, a HUGE, and don't let me underestimate, MOTHER F*CKING HUGE, PS3 exclusive is going to be announced August 3rd.

Now that we have that out of the way, I am extremely skeptical. This blog goes out of its way to highlight, as I have in my infinite sarcasm, HOW DAMN HUGE THIS EXCLUSIVE IS. Feel free to discuss and debate. We only have a couple days before we are all disappointed...or not?

Man why didn't they just show it at E3, it would have made it way better , than bragging about the damn console.

Is this site credible? The are tons of grammar and punctuation problems. And why would Sony use that stupid blog to announce a "huge" new exclusive? It doesn't really make sense.

I'd say they are credible.  They've released a good bit of info before it was made official in the past.  One example is they said what would be in the 2.4 update a good few weeks before anyone else.

After so much hyping up for E3, and the general letdown, I'm expecting this to be sarcastic.

This exclusive will be so exclusive that its exclusivity may tear holes in the gaming-exclusivity continuum.

How about Gears of War exclusive for PS3... That would be a pretty epic win... No pun intended.

I'm calling BS on this. This is the first time I heard of this site and if it's really huge wouldn't the news be at least on other big gaming websites like 1up, IGN, GS, etc?

If you look at the tags for the post, it says: "100, 18+, 1st party, 2003, Action, Bullets, clan, customize, Explosions, military, online, PlayStation 3, rockets, Scale, skill, Violence".

Perhaps it will be the sequel to a first party 2003 game? Who knows. I still doubt the credibility of the site.

Yeah, it's still good to not get really excited but I've been following the blog for a good two and a half months now and most anything they've posted ahead of it becoming official has been spot on.
