It needs to be said again, I'm absolutely jazzed for Siren: Blood Curse. It looks great, has fantastic atmosphere, and classic survival horror gameplay. It's said to have some pretty intense moments, on the level of the Condemned 2 bear chase. Which is pretty exciting.
Killzone 2, Little Big Planet... the game that Darren Waters semi-teased... Resistance 2... Maybe Motorstorm Pacific Rift... and inFAMOUS... since they showed last year...
Resistance 2, LittleBigPlanet and Resident Evil 5 are high on the list
I'm interested in MAG after the news at E3, and I've got my eye on Killzone 2. I know I'll be all over God of War 3 and Final Fantasy XIII, but I want to see more.
I'd say Fallout 3 as well, but I'm getting it for the PC >.>
Little Big Plany because I am dying to create some awesome stuff and it should be a great game for Machinima! My last machinima series N+Sausage used the N+ game obviously (but that's on hiatus), but there is so much potential in LBP. After that I am really looking forward to Valkyria Chronicles.
There is no question it is LittleBigPlanet. Nothing will be better than playing co-op with my 7 year old. Resistance will be for when he goes to sleep and Fallout will be for when the wife goes to sleep. Fat Queen looks cool too.

The games I'm looking forward to most are LittleBigPlanet and God of War III.
this year, i'd say littlebigplanet because i've heard nothing but good things and resistance 2 since i loved the first one. Beyond this year, it has to be God of War III,
Anything that justifies the purchase of the system that isn't coming out on 360. Well, if it's a SP focused game mostly and it's on both systems without some hook like DLC ONLY for 360, then I'll buy it on PS3. Fallout3 is a perfect example. It's SP focused which would make me buy it for PS3, but once again 360 gets DLC.
I guess LBP, Resistance2, MotorStrom PR, Wipeout HD, Fat Princess, R&C:QFB all this year. Killzone2 and InFamous next year for sure.
