I want to say Agent, but I don't think it'll come out next year. Original IP from Rockstar = most anticipated by far once it's given some sort of release date.

If UC3 is out fall 2011 it's that. I'm interested in seeing what insomniac has done with resistance after r2 kinda sucked. Safe choice for me though would have to be infamous 2.

Infamaous 2 and ME2.  I didn't look at what's supposed to be coming out next year though.

inFamous 2 is the only 2011 PS3 game I'm excited for.

Three of my top four games of 2009 return with sequels: Uncharted 3 (this is gonna happen), Dragon Age II, and Killzone 3.  
 
Dead Space 2,  L.A. Noire, and LittleBigPlanet 2 (Sackboy plushy edition that is)  are also high on the list.   

Can't say I am excited about Metal Gear Rising, I really wish Kojima would take his talents to another franchise. 

L.A. Noire and The Last Guardian will be day one purchases.  I can wait a while for Dead Space 2, LBP2, Killzone 3, Infamous 2, and Resistance 3.

Catherine, though I can't say I'm not excited as hell for Dead Space 2.

Infamous 2, mostly because it won't have to do a ton of work to get me to really enjoy it.  The backbone of Infamous was superb, so all I'm really looking for out of the sequel is more - more activities and things to do outside of the main quest, more great storytelling, more unique characters, and more attention to the little things that can make the world really seem to pop.  For the last, I really wouldn't mind seeing ambient quests (am I getting that name right?), as in Red Dead Redemption.  
 
I'm also really curious about LittleBigPlanet 2, but having only played the demo of the original, I'm still a little unsure about it.  I love seeing what people can create, though.

Infamous 2, and Resistance 3 is looking pretty good.

inFamous 2, hands down. The lack of the Electric Boogaloo subtitle was disappointing, but somehow I think I'll be able to forgive that in a game that lets you create tornadoes out of electricity.
