I got one around Christmas time using the site handlas linked. Fair warning though, the PS4 Japanese launch is in February so beginning very soon there will probably be even fewer units out there as they ramp up for that.

Safest bet is to jump on an Amazon sale, because of the way they work. I've noticed that places like neogaf tend to throw up threads whenever they are in stock.
