My Dualshock 4 could be dead, but just wanted to check to see if someone might have had a similar issue and was able to resolve it.

Currently the controller shows no signs of life when plugged in (via dock charger on bottom or USB via top port). I do not get the yellow charging light or any type of blue connectivity to appear. The only way I know this controller might not be dead is when I hook it to a PC, it still does not light up but if go into the Windows controller settings test screen, all button presses still register.

I just purchased a new controller but I'm not ready to pop that one open yet to maybe see if the battery pack might be the issue by doing a swap.

The buttons register on pc? Then i woulf guess it's not dead and maybe the light died. Is it not working at all in ps4? Might be a sync issue as well then if it works on PC.

Wont sync to PS4 at all anymore, and doesn't even show that its trying. The lights not functioning anymore even with a wired connection. Only sign of life is via a wired connection to PC which still no lights but the test in windows still showing button presses registering.
