It's pretty pathetic for the PS4 that people are more excited to play the games from the previous consoles. At any rate, I am one of those who would rather play the old games. I'd really love to see Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies on the PS4. I played the absolute hell out of that game. I'd do the same all over again!

PlayStation 4 is Sony's fourth home video game console, released on November 15, 2013 in North America, and November 29, 2013 in Europe. On November 10 2016, Sony released the Playstation 4 Pro, an updated version of the console targeting 4K gaming.
What PS2 games do you want to see on PS4?
Robotic Alchemic Drive. It would chug baaaad. Also i just want to play it again without digging out my PS2.
I'm guessing that's why it hasn't been released. Squenix will have told them not to.

The ones that I put in the ps4 disc tray!
Same here. Gonna have to go buy a PS3 with backwards compatibility (or a PS2) to play PS1 and PS2 games now. Sonny is such a greedy, corporate-minded company.
Making hardware is expensive. Old hardware is cheap.
FF12 and all the ape escapes. Seems like a no brainer that I'm wondering why they're missing...
SSX3 too.
PS3 never got Persona 4, right? I'd love to see God Hand turn up again too. Sure would be convenient if they could emulate Silent Hill 2, considering the bad reputation that HD remake has.
Persona 4 came out as a PS2 classic on PS3
I'm hoping to see SOCOM and TimeSplitters as well as Burnout and Tony Hawk if they can make the licensing work.
@shindig: That sounds right.
Valkyrie Profile 2. There's a ton of good JRPGs and what not as well but VP2 would please me the most.
The PS2 has the most good games of any console so you're looking at a list of hundreds of games ultimately.
Well I've already got two in the Mark of Kri games, so if i were to get really greedy, i'd have to say Both Viewtiful Joe 1&2. Oh, and Psi-Ops. And Second Sight.
ICO and Shadow of the Colossus. Love those two games. I know they were re released on ps3 but I missed them.
Shaolin Monks. Always wanted to play that.
Tangent: I'd love a remastered MK franchise collection. Every pre-X MK game (yes, even Special Forces), polished up and bundled together. I'd happily pay around $100 or so for that, especially if they went back to the original idea for the Arcade Kollection and HD-ified all of the assets in MK1-3.
