Hmm...that'd be 21 characters if Evil Cole is in fact an extra character (which is kinda lame). I hope they all play different enough because for an All Stars game the roster isn't that big and I could think of a few no-brainer additions (like Crash). I would have thought that they go for about thirty chars plus DLC. Not completely sold on that one because I don't want to spend a ton of money for character packs with one fan favorite in every pack so that you buy all of them.
