ok so according to this article HOME 1.00 is going to be included in the next big firmware release 2.50 which is rumoured to be going live in October

There's another rumor saying that it'll go up the same day LBP is released...which I find kind of believable for some reason.  Especially if it goes up with the 2.5 update then I can definitely see that happening.

Sooner the better - im in the beta for it -and whilst its still relatively quiet around the place, there is so much potential and i can guarantee its going to be worth the wait!

UGH! still cant wait for it. should be cool. there better be lots to do in home when its released or a lot of people will be left scratchin their heads, like WTF?

Home will probaly be out by October, it's just a shame I will be plaing the tons of games coming out instead of this. A simulation game would've been good for the game drought that was this summer or releasing it while it still had hype. Now I don't really care. But its free and has some good features, so of course I'll download it first day anyway.

"even if it is beta, as long as the masses has access to it, then thats fine. Right now Home beta is exclusive much like gmail was until they expanded it to just about anyone they wanted to."

I think the hype will quickly come back if it proves to be decent and useful. People have reduced the amount of hype they have because there has been no guarantee of when it would come out, but once it is out hopefully that will change

yeah, isn't home gonna be some time around LBP as well.

I lost all interest in HOME. I was really looking forward to it but ever since they kept pushing back the release date I couldn't care any less.
