    PlayStation Home will be celebrating it's 1st anniversary with something Sony are calling "Christmas Illumination" Set within the Home Square area, this event is designed to mimic a Christmas night with snow falling, and will feature shows themed around various games.  Users who view the shows will receive some "X'mas Present Reward Items".  
     
    The following shows will feature in the Japanese version:
      
    • FIFA 10 World Class Soccer
    • Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
    • Tales of Vesperia
    • Super Street Fighter IV
    • Resident Evil 5 Alternative Edition
    • Bayonetta
    • Dynasty Warriors Online
    • Weekly Toro Station
    • Disgaea 3

    The service started on December 11, 2008. As of December 17, domestic accounts now stand at 1 million, Sony says, Worldwide, the service has 10 million users.

    Yoshinori Ono's assistant, "Nakky", has mentioned Super's part in the event in her latest blog post. When you visit Home Square at key times, Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G's Airu and Meraru will introduce Super SFIV to you. There appears to be some sort of pairing of Ryu with Resident Evil 5: AE's Jill also.

     Super's time schedule at Home Square is:

    12/19: 0:00
    12/20: 18:00
    12/24: 23:00
    12/25: 22:00

    Sounds cool, although I don't think I'll install home again until I either get a PS3 Slim og buy a bigger harddrive.

    yes, it probably is in beta still. i also forgot about home. i never really played it as there really isn't anything to do in it. people just kind of walk around and dance. i haven't played it since resident evil 5 came out.

    It is in beta yes. 
    Kinda like how Google does the Gmail beta(or did at least). 
    Kept calling it a beta so it was ok for them to change stuff on the fly without having to worry about people being against the changes.  
     
    Best day I had in Home was in the Mall section or whatever that's called, we had a 40 man long line going. 
    All doing the Running Man, to some totally random song that was on one of the ads in home. 
    It was so random it started out with just me, and then people kept joining in on it...  
      
    Home is a neat idea, but it's not executed very well yet. (It might be! in the future! .. 2016 maybe!)
