Are a lot of people getting this error currently when they try to access the store and account management? Apparently it's happening due to congestion according to moderator on the playstation community forums. I want my welcome back package!

i lost the option to get my 2nd game, like alot of others from the looks of it. sad sad day.

yep, I got screwed on my first free game slot, and now that I'm trying to access it in Account Management, I'm getting the same error. 
 
I'm surprised that Sony didn't roll this out slower...

Yeah errors all over the place. I just pressed on the "get now" button for the welcome back package and it took a while before it gave me the error again.

store is gettin heavily hammered right now. give it time. you got 30 days to redeem the content. i'd wait a few days and let things chill out. heavy times for sony right now with their mobile division now being compromised and e3 being just a few days away.

Same thing happened to me. Then I kept trying for about 10 minutes straight and it kicked me out of the store and I can't get back in :p

Currently downloading wipeout. Hopefully this doesn't go wrong. I'm supposed to be downloading the demo right? The full game becomes unlocked with that smaller file, RIGHT!?!?

Just keep hitting X and O until your selected games start downloading. Might as well play some videos on YouTube while you keep hitting those buttons.

I did the same thing. To get your games go to Account Management>Transaction Management>>Services List. Then pick game 1 or 2 and you should be able to download your games.

It works, just research before getting upset!

You can also get all 4 PS3 games and all 4 PSP games if you have 2 consoles under the same primary account (but you might be able to do so with one console if you had another login as well) Come to think of it, I might be able to get the European releases this way : /
