PlayStation Network is mostly back but the PlayStation Store is not; Sony's still working out the kinks there. In the meantime, it looks like we're about to learn how Sony's proposing to gain back our trust with free stuff.

PlayStation Blog has published a list of what content will be part of the "Welcome Back" program when the PlayStation Store is back up.

In other words: what free PlayStation 3 and PSP games are up for grabs? You'll get to download two PS3 and two PSP games, so four in total.

The games are mostly on the older side but it's a nice lineup:

PlayStation 3

• Infamous*
• Wipeout HD/Fury
• Super Stardust HD
• Dead Nation

PSP

• LittleBigPlanet
• ModNation
• Pursuit Force
• Killzone Liberation

The lineup's a little bit different in Europe:

Asterisks can be a scary thing, but in this case, it's only scary if you're from Germany, where Sony's swapping those games for a few others, most likely due to the country's stringent content restrictions. inFamous and Dead Nation are placed with Super Stardust HD and Hustle Kings, while Killzone Liberation and Pursuit Force transform into Everybody's Golf 2 and Buzz! Junior Jungle Party.

As already announced, you'll also gain access to 30 days of PlayStation Plus. Existing members will simply receive an additional month. Sony will also have a lineup of "On Us" movies available to watch, too. If the lineup of games available is anything like the movies, it's reasonable to expect Sony-produced flicks.

PlayStation Home users are in for something, too, though Sony isn't saying what.

It's worth pointing out again that this lineup is for European customers and could differ in the US.

Guess I'll finally pick up wipeout.

Well that sucks. LBP is the only one of those games that interest me.

Dead Nation and inFAMOUS for me.

Looks like not buying inFamous yet was the right choice! I wasn't even affected by the PSN being down, since my stuff was boxed up for my move and I won't be getting it back until the 27th. I guess I'll also get Dead Nation.

Not many things on their are things I haven't already played, also only like 2 of those PSP games are worth getting to me.

Free Infamous and Rachet and Clank sound good to me!

Great, already have Infamous, Dead Nation, and LBP. So only the last 2 games for me. Only Wipeout out of those 2 sound good to me.

That's nice of Sony, but already have inFamous, LBP and Wipeout.

Guess I'll go with R&C and Deadnation, although the thought of owning a downloadable version of inFamous is tempting...

Of course I already happen to own most of these, too bad the rumours of Pixeljunk Shooter 2 were incorrect. Guess I will grab Wipeout to get the Fury expansion I don't have, Dead Nation, Modnation PSP and Pursuit Force PSP at which point I will own everything on these lists. i have been meaning to play Pursuit Force so that is cool.

LBP and InFamous sold very well; meaning a lot of folks hit by the outage probably already own them. (I do.)

I already own inFamous and LBP. Guess I can get Wipeout and maybe Dead Nation. MAG would have been good. It should have been a choice of 2 out of 5 real PS3 games, and 2 out of  5 PSP or of 5 PSN games.

I was gonna get LBP2, but if I get the first for free, might as well get that. Also, trying to decide between wipeout or dead nation....

I already have inFamous, LBP, WipEout HD (sans Fury) and R&C QFB. Sob - I didn't buy Dead Nation cause I didn't fancy it.
