So in the coming weeks I'm thinking about going out and buying a prepaid $50 PSN card. I'm also thinking about buying a headset. But, first the PSN games. I already know that I am going to get Battlefield 1943 and Fat Princess. If I'm correct, that leaves me $20 left. With that I could get one $15 game or one $20 game or two $10 games. I am thinking about getting Outrun Online Arcade, which is $10 dollars. What should I get with the remaining $10? Or should I get something else worth $15 or $20? What do you recommend.
 
Also at the same time, I am thinking about finally getting a mic. I think to maximize the bang for my buck, I'm going to get SOCOM Confrontation. Do they still sell the mic/game bundle? And do many people still play SOCOM? Have they fixed the network issues?
 
Any help is appreciated and if you have any of the games I listed above, please post your PSN name. I need friends on PSN. :(

Id wait until they release the new update coming out for socom.Its suppose to come out this week.You can trust this company however.

here's my question, Socom any good?
I've thought about getting it on so many occasions when I've needed something to play, because I have a high turn over of games, not completed many, but I like to keep rotating to not get bored. So is it any good?

Anybody know how the prepaid PSN cards work?

If they're anything like XBL Prepaid Cards, there will be a code on them that you would enter on the 'redeem code' section of the Playstation Store and your account would then get credited with the cash.

For $10, you could get Trash Panic AND Noby Noby Boy for $5 each. That is definitely worth it. Also, flower is cool is you want an experimental, artsy kind of game.

I'm not quite sure how much these games cost in $ since I'm in the UK, but for something relaxing and really quite interesting Flower is a good bet. Trash Panic is only £3.50 here so if you like that sort of thing that would be a good choice (probably less than $5). And if your a trophy whore the "interactive art" of Linger in Shadows is available for less than the part of your soul it corrupts.
 
Or else, you can also use that card to buy DLC, some good stuff is Big Surf Island for Burnout Paradise or the sextuple map pack for Killzone 2 (which is basically buy 4 get 2 free).

with the extra 20$ i would say save it for Trine which should be coming out any week now.  (trine will also be 20$) or wipeout hd (heard its really good)
 
Socom is good if you like its type. you NEED a mic to play it tho and be with a good team other wise its not fun. lag and all of that has been fixed but be warned it has GIANT updates for it and it will take a long time to fully update so put it in for over night. 
 
i know that ps cards are in the US but im not sure in canada.. i would hope so..  when you buy it it should be activated and then in the psn store put in the code and you should get your 50$ (or you can go through your account and put it in)

It can be buggy at times but it is good fun once you get the hang of it.

So, what are the good PSN games from $5-$20? Aside from the ones mentioned already.

Crash Commando is definitely an underrated game on PSN, don't think there is a demo, but have a look at trailers and see.
