You should list abilities with your pokemon.
At a quick glance i would say replace charizard. He's 4 times weak to stealth rock and totally outclassed but other better pokemon. Take out explosion from gengar, it's power was effectively halved from gen 4 to 5 and replace it with substitute or hidden power fire. Probably get rid of dark pulse on umbreon as its Spatk is pretty bad and without investeent it won't hurt anything. Packing at least one pokemon with sleep powder or spore might be a good idea. Take 1 poke out of the game straight away.

Here my sand storm team. It works pretty well and it might give you some ideas.

     Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers

    Trait: Sand Stream

    EVs: 236 HP / 84 Atk / 188 Def

    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

    - Stealth Rock

    - Roar

    - Slack Off

    Doryuuzu (M) @ Balloon

    Trait: Sand Throw

    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

    - Earthquake

    - Rapid Spin

    - Rock Slide

    - Swords Dance

    Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb

    Trait: Poison Heal

    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Substitute

    - Spore

    - Focus Punch

    - Stone Edge

    Randorosu (M) @ Choice Scarf

Alright so first off, get rid of that focus sash on dragonite. Second, get rid of that brave nature, adamant is the way to go. Get multiscale if you don't already have it. (breed from Japanese if you have to). Replace charizard with infernape or blaziken with speed boost, charizard is not good anymore. You have life orb and two dudes, not allowed, get rid of that. Explosion on gengar is useless. Also lots of focus sash's and leftovers, come on man ONE ITEM PER POKE. all your other pokes are fine...sorta. Tweak it a bit more.

Ye I find this very difficult, I'm thinking of replacing Umbreon with a Milotic and replacing Charizard with a Blaziken.

For Dragonite, why not either go all Attack and trade Draco Meteor for Dragon Claw (you're putting 170 EVs into Sp. Attack for 1 move) or all Sp. Attack and trade Earthquake for Focus Blast, and then trade ThunderPunch for Thunderbolt? Or even use Thunder, and then switch the Focus Sash with a Wide Lens (which would really help Thunder and Focus Blast)?

I feel like Houndoom might be a better choice than Umbreon. It doesn't have the best type combo, but it has really good Sp. Attack and Speed, along with good STAB moves and Nasty Plot. The only downside is that its only good damage-dealing moves are STAB, but this could be an advantage, because it frees up the 4th move slot for pretty much whatever you want.

Also, why is there no Scizor? Scizor has probably the 2nd best type combo of the first 4 gens, combined with a good stat spread, Technician, and a decent movelist (made better by Technician). Plus, it looks damn cool.

You have alot of electric type moves scattered about, prehaps swap one of those with a diffrent type move that you dont have, and hidden power, what are you doing!

    You must not play competively

HP Ice on a Jolteon is a pretty standard thing to do in order to anticipate and hit any Ground-type switch ins. Also it doesn't matter how much electric moves his team has, you give a pokemon moves that will allow it to take out certain  threats or counters.

If the electric move fits the pokemon it is with (and it does) then he will have an Electric move. On a party wide basis you judge the typing of the party if they are all or most are too vulnerable to one typing of attack.

This Dragonite setup has been working really well for me

    Dragonite/Leftovers
    Jolly Nature (+Speed -SpA)
    Multiscale
    72 HP / 252 Attack / 4 Defense / 180 Speed
    Dragon Dance
    Dragon Claw
    Fire Punch
    Roost

Multiscale/speed boost is great because it lets you start off the battle with a Dragon Dance or two.
Attack EVs to hit hard (also ended up with 31 attack IV, too)

Disclaimer: I haven't tried this other than in the Elite 4 and Battle Subway, so haven't tried real competitive yet.  This is the only Pokemon I've EV trained, so if I want to go competitive I have a lot more work to do.

    Lolz. Always.

But to answer OP, looks good but I would possibly switch out Charizard for something else... And call me crazy, but I've found Water-type pokemon seem to do the job of a fill-in quite well. Strong against Fire and Rock types. That's all I can really suggest. Kudos on the Gengar though, they're tough cookies when they need to be.
