So my girlfriend has been playing this non-stop and she recently ran into a problem that I can't figure out. She just got her 7th badge and is at the part where you are supposed to go and see your rival and commander Jupiter battling at the lake. She has gone there several times and always just sees her rival...never Jupiter. The clumsy goon isn't in veilstone city that is supposed to drop the key. Any ideas on whether her game is messed up or if she's just missed something?
