So right now, I am training for the Elite Four because I feel my pkmn definitely aren't strong enough. I'm having trouble coming up with a roster so I was wondering if someone could help. Here are all my pkmn:

Typhlosion LV 47 (Starter)- Focus Blast, Focus Punch, Flamethrower, Blast Burn
Dratini LV 27 (Starter)- Extremespeed, Thunderwave, Slam, Dragon Rage
Togetic LV 26 (Starter)- Fly, Yawn, Extrasensory, Metronome
Ampharos LV 33 (Starter)- Strength, Thunder, Thunder Shock, Thunder Punch
Red Gyarados LV 36 (Starter)- Blizzard, Ice Fang, Surf, Hyper Beam
Ho-Oh LV 45 (Starter)- Extrasensory, Sunny Day, Fire Blast, Sacred Fire

Krabby LV 21- Surf, Metal Claw, Bubblebeam, Cut
Goldeen LV 25- Supersonic, Horn Attack, Water Pulse, Flail
Eevee LV 28- Tackle, Helping Hand, Sand Attack, Quick Attack
Voltorb LV 20- Sonic Boom, Spark, Rollout, Screech
Ghastly LV 20- Hypnosis, Shadow Ball, Night Shade, Curse
Butterfree LV 21- Tackle, String Shot, Bug Bite
Sudowoodo LV 20- Flail, Low Kick, Rock Throw, Mimic
Bellsprout LV 24- Sleep Powder, Poison Powder, Stun Spore, Acid
    Ditto LV 25
Poliwag LV 22- Water Gun, Double Slap, Rain Dance, Body Slam
Wobbuffet LV 20- Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard, Destiny Bond
Ponyta LV 32- Flame Wheel, Stomp, Fire Spin, Take Down
Pikachu LV 26- Quick Attack, Double Team, Slam, Thunder Bolt

So as you can see, my pkmn are fairly low leveled to take on the Elite Four right now. You might be wondering how I beat some of the late gym leaders with weak pkmn, Well my Typhlosion always kicked ***, I beat Morty and his trainers with only my Togepi/Togetic using Extrasensory (which is why it evolved so early) and very very lucky is that my Wobbuffet had a good enough defense to avoid KO's from Claire's pkmn so it would get knocked down to like 3-14HP and I used Mirror Coat.
What TM's should I teach to certain Pkmn? What Pkmn should I train? What Pkmn should I obtain? What Pkmn should I/shouldn't I use? I'd appreciate any other help that you can contribute other than answering my questions. Thank you.

BTW, my friend code is 1076 3743 8802. I'm always willing to battle and trade. I'm currently looking for a good Ice type such as Glalie or Dewgong. I am also looking for any of the Charmander evolution (including charmander itself).

Well, i dont know about the other pokemon but i'd definitly level eevee up while its still unevolved and then you can simply use a stone to get either water/electric/fire or if you go the extra mile shadow/pshycic.
Personally im a Vaporeon kinda guy :P   but thats just tradition ever since Blue.

But i still need to get Heartgold, right know i just have the original gold and crystal.

Vaporean is good but it can be slow, even though my party might not suggest it, I LOVE speed. All my starters speed are above average compared to other pkmn of their type, level and breed. But I'm mainly looking for something to beat Lance with. Claire whooped my ass, if it wasn't for my Wobbuffet I wouldn't have won.

Gyarados is going to be your go-to against Lance, you're already set up with some nice ice-type moves. I'd recommend training on Route 45 against the Gravelers and Skarmorys to raise your defence and HP

It's a good idea to have you're whole team up around 40-45 for the Elite Four and stock up on potions/revives. The grass just outside of the safari zone is a reasonable all-round training area (actually quite good for speed) and of course Victory Road is great.

I should've thought about raising them all fairly equal, I switched my party up so much. Only 2pkmn are consistent in my parties. It's hard

Why is it that you spell it 'pkmn'? The spelling/grammar in the rest of your post is good.. seems confusing to me :D

@Khann: just a shorter way to spell "pokemon", it's used somewhat but even the games use it sometimes.

@Tarsier: Now that's just over leveling, there is no reason for you to be level 60+ at the elite four in HG/SS, that's ridiculous. A 60+ team would take out red, let alone the elite 4.
