Anyone know how experience is calculated on this thing or if it's possible to gain more than one level at a time?  Does one step equal one exp. point?  Can you only gain one level p/day?  So many questions in my mind!  I hope someone can help me out here.

You can only gain one level each time you put a pokemon in the pokewalker, but if you transfer back and forth you can gain multiple levels in one day.
