Cyndoquail i love fire pokemon

Totodile, I've always love some Feraligator. (Spelling?)

I haven't decided between Totodile or Cyndaquil yet, but I know for sure I'm not going with Chikorita. Grass Pokemon are for chumps.

Hard Choice between Totodile and Cyndaquil. On my old game my pick was Totodile.

Totodile is my choice in that game....Although I'm usually fond of the grass types....

Totodile, because of my 3-4 playthroughs of the games, I tried each of the starters and Totodile was my favorite.  Plus, Feraligatr was one of the most badass Pokemon of that game.

I'm kind of actively avoiding this game because I know that if I play it; my life will be gone--like it was one I was eight. :P

I just bought both, and started with Cyndaquil on Soul Silver.

I always go with the water-type.

Totodile is the sickest water type, he is a goddamn crocodile, what more badass? A turtle? A mudfish? A penguin? No I think Not!

Cyndaquil. if my rival has a water pokemon he's easier to deal with, because i can get a Mareep right quick, which i'd want to do anyway to deal with Falkner. fire pokemon are few and far between, as well as endlessly useful, so having one on the outset is always the right way to go.

Totodile. Did it my first time with Gold back in my younger days, will do so again. Now

Totodile. I started with him (...or her) back on the original Gold.

I generally dislike giving my starter pokemon HM's so if I were to have Totodile then I wouldn't really be able to have another water pokemon to learn HM's as I like to keep me party as balanced and varied as possible. Between Chikorita and Cyndaquil though, you gotta' admit, Cyndaquil is so much more bad ass.

Always have picked the fire starter since I started playing these things. No use in changing that up now.

Cyndaquil, I've missed it sooo much these last few games.

Gold/Silver is the only version of the game where I did not go with the water pokemon. I usually choose Cyndaquill instead.

I chose Totodile to be different, since I always choose either Cyndaquil or Chikorita.
