I picked Sobble because he needs to be protected at all costs

Grookey for me. Scorbunny looked really sad when it was the pokemon left after me/rival.

I usually go for the water/grass reptile/amphibians, but Scorbunny stands out the most to me.

Sobble here. It worked out because I felt like Scorbunny fit Hop best, and Leon looks like a guy who would have Grookey's final form as a pokemon as well.

I restarted the game 14 times to get a timid Sobble, got to get my speed on in battles.

I was going to pick Sobble before I looked up it's third form. Went with Grookey instead, didn't really like any of their third forms really. The only other time I didn't pick a water starter was Gold and I picked Chikorita.

Team Drum Munkey. I've always picked grass except for one water (Totodile). Sobble and its evos are strange and Scorbunny is bad in name and design at each stage.

scorbunny because he's the only WINNER in that gang of losers.

Grooky seemed the most mellow compared to the hothead and sadsack.

Scorbunny is the only logical choice.

Sobble speaks to me on a personal level.

My wife went Sobble and my friend went Grookey, so I hesitantly went for scorbunny just to have a different experience. He's grown on me so much. I love the lil guy.

I always choose the grass-type starter, but I don't think anything/one can top Rowlett (he had...a GODDAMN BOWTIE), so this time I went opposite and chose "Fire."

I named him Max and I love him.

I picked Grookey and named him Samba and he is my son.

I had planned to go with Sobble prior to release, but ended up picking Grookey at the last minute. His second evolution has grown on me. I keep telling myself not to look up any other evolutions.

I haven't played a Pokemon game since Blue, so every single one of these little dudes is brand new to me.

Man I wanted to be surprised by the evolutions and didn't look any up. Now I wish I did because the water dude and the fire bunny look like trash and I have regret!
