What the fufufufufuck are they saying when this shows up?
There's weird things like this throughout the entire game!
Is it them trying to put the F word in the game without actually saying it?

Im always so confused when it pops up because it's always popping up in completely different situations!

They are laughing. It's a bad translation from Japanese.

It's a substitute for our English "hahaha".  It's like "jajaja" in Spanish.

I used to play CS, and that game had loads of Poles playing it.

I'm not sure how they used the keyboard being poles, but that's beside the point.

They used to always say Kekekekeke, and that grated on me.
     WHO LAUGHS LIKE THAT!?

It can't really be translated to English in that simple a way.

Take for example the sound cows make.  In English, it's instantly recognizable as "mooo", but in French, the sound is said to be "meeeuh".  Two different sounds, but cows still make the same sounds regardless of the language you describe that sound to be.  It's just how it is.

That's actually a very sarcastic and cartoony way of laughing in eastern europe.

I used to think that it was something along the lines of La Le Lu Le Lo.

Jk, I knew it was a laugh, but I didn't know it was translation related.
