The Pokémon franchise has spawned numerous titles and spin-offs, spanning several generations of games and has an animated series that spans many seasons.
A fighting-flying pokémon, i don't know if that's permitted in Pokémon rules, but hey, fuck it. It would look like a duck monk, or something like that. And fuck, am i the only one who took this seriously?

Hmm. A ghost steel type, the first form would be an empty helmet with glowing eyes, the second would have gauntlets too, then for its third evolution you would have to level it up while it's holding either a sword, or a shield. If it's a sword the third form gets more offensive stats, and gets some armored legs connected to its invisible body, along with the sword. If you level up with the shield then you get more defensive stats, and the levitate ability, and the form has a breastplate and shield.
Bugs are awesome, but centipedes and the lot are underrepresented. I think Scolipede is the only fully evolved one. I'd make a hard-hitting and fast, probably a purely bug type one. 4x weaknesses are a no-no.
@Hailinel: It was a compliment! And yeah, Uzumaki is amazing, i'm going to see the movie this month, hopefully it's great. The rest of Junji Ito's work is really good too! I love the story of the guy who spend years in his dreams, and the one about the honey that's so good, that all other types of food become horrible for you. And if you're into weird stuff, check out Shintaro Kago! His comics are pretty meta, and usually NSFW
Dolphin (Water/Fire) I know a water/fire combo might seem abit confusing, but my idea was for a dolphin with red rock lined scars (like the volcanic rifits on the ocean floor) on its sides where intese heat can eminate from.
Moves: tackle, heat wave, willowisp, overheat, water pulse, aqua jet, water sport, etc
Komodo dragon (Dragon/Poison) This could be a wonderfull 3 stage dragon.
Harpy (Flying/Fighting) Alot of cool possiblities with a flying/fighting pokemon, with the right ability this pokemon could be great.
Moves: peck, air slash, sky attack, close combat, double kick, low kick, etc
Stegosaurus (Ground/Steel)
This could be a very simple pokemon maybe a one of the new fossil pokemon (Hopefully with a unqiue T-rex pokemon). Nice sharp steel tail spikes and plates on its body its main attack/defense methods.
Moves: Iron tail, iron defense, roll out, magnitude, EQ, bite, slam, take down, etc
I would probably make an evolutionary form of Kangaskhan because it always bothered me that they would show it having a baby in the pouch who presumably just gets bigger.
@MikeGosot: I was actually introduced to Uzumaki through the movie. I originally saw it back in college, and its level of bonkers is pretty high up there, too. I'll have to hunt down Ito's other works and give them a read. Thanks for the recommendations!

@Hailinel: Good luck finding all of his works! Read Tomie too, the only supernatural element to that is a girl so beautiful that people always end up cutting her into pieces. She also looks like a girl i used to date, which made reading the manga even more weird!
I'd probably make some kind of crazy fire-breathing pig that's also a wrestler. Nintendo just isn't creative enough to come up with something like that themselves.
I made a flying horse pokemon when i was younger that was part ice part flying, it was white with stars on it as well (i was young and we used to create our own pokemon, he was also a legendary). If it's the case of making a pokemon real then it would be Espeon for me.
