I just downloaded it after I got back from law school, and tried out my first game.

Easily took out 3 guys within the first stage of blinds...and I was left with the guy from Penny Arcade.

I really enjoyed the hell out of it while all four were in it, and talking.  Once it got to the simple 1v1, it was the same dialogue over and over again.

The only thing I liked about the 1v1 was for some reason the Penny Arcade dude said "fuck" a lot, but even that got old.

Overall, it's okay.  Paid less than five bucks for it, so I can't really bitch.

just finished my first match, won Strong bad's glasses :) I ended up against Tycho in 1v1 as well, True his dialog does get old but the conversations that happens during the full game definitely  make up for that

I think of it pretty much like that. I get to play some cards with 4 cool characters from 4 different universes (As well as some cameos that i wasn't expecting) and see them interact with each other, which is worth the price of admission for me. I can see where you're coming from though.

Max and strong bad together has some really funny dialogue. I think there may be specific lines for when it's just 2 npc.
